By submitting an order request to Personalized Perfection, you agree to the following terms.
Quotes & payment
Submitting the order form is a request for a quote — it does not create a binding order until we confirm pricing with you. Production begins after payment is received and (when applicable) your design proof is approved.
Customer-supplied artwork
If you provide your own image or logo, your design will be printed exactly as it is received. You confirm that you have the right to use any image, logo, or text you submit.
Shipping & pickup
If you choose shipping, the shipping cost will be added to your final quote. If you choose local pickup, we will contact you when the order is ready.
Returns
Because every order is custom-made, sales are final once production begins. If something is wrong with your order, contact us within 7 days of receipt and we will work with you to make it right.
